PAST DUE CAFETERIA FEES- PAST DUE COMPUTER FEES- PAST DUE SPORTS EQUIPMENT FEES. SCHOOLS PAY NO FEES TO JP HARRIS ASSOCIATES.

• Email a list of all parents and guardians names, with addresses, students names and amounts owed for cafeteria fees, computer fees and sports equipment fees.
• JP Harris associates will mail two notices to the parents and guardians.
• JP Harris associates will send our representatives to the residences of the parents and guardians to collect the owed fees.
• Our representatives will arrange payment plans with no added costs.

PAYMENT OF FEES COLLECTED
JP Harris shall pay to the school district all the past due school fees on a monthly basis and include a check with the parents and guardian names, addresses and amounts paid and student names.

FOR ON SITE COLLECTION
We get a bond and we have a certificate of liability insurance.
